We arrived in sunny Reno just in time for the rain to start. Our stop here is to rendezvous with Terri's sister who is driving over from Livermore, California. Today we will meet Shari in Carson City which is a few miles south of Reno.

Now if any place can use a little rain it's northern California and Nevada. As we entered Nevada there was another huge lake without a drop of water in it. We people from Washington might complain a lot about our rain but these folks would gladly take our rain.

What do you do if it's a rainy cold day. Eva says, "Hunker down, stay warm and take a nap." It sounds like good advise. Gotta go try it out.
