Yesterday was a relaxing day, we stayed at home in our boondocking spot out in the middle of nowhere. Our only activity for the day was exploring our own back yard. We spent most of the day reading but mixed in about a half dozen hikes/walks/dog walks around our "neighborhood".
We are backed into a dirt road that becomes a 4x4 ATV path. As we walk back a few hundred yards we are on a cliff overlooking a canyon. The rock formations and hoodoos are everywhere we look.
Eva is having a blast chasing lizards. They are very fast as they race across the sand so she has not been able to catch one, yet. We can tell from the tracks that there are rabbits and deer here but Eva has not spotted any of them.
Where did that lizard go? |
I've got him corned in a Juniper tree. |
