Brugge - Canals, Cobbled Streets & Medieval Buildings

Last weekend Matt's family took us to Brugge, a city of  canals, cobbled streets and medieval buildings.  They have done an amazing job of maintaining century old buildings in a vibrant bustling town.  Again it was a great walking town, they all seem to be that way.  I guess if you build a town before modern transportation the design must work for pedestrians.

Brugge is more than canals.  It has it all.  Cathedrals, cobbled stone streets and squares.  And waffles everywhere.

The waffles are just like candy.  We tried several different kinds, they were all good.

Lots of window shopping.

Another great day with family.  Only 7 days into our three months and we have seen and done so much.

The end.
Life is good.
